Going to buy some Mylar bags for food storage.

Is a Mylar bag a Mylar bag?  Brands to avoid?

How many mil thickness is needed for food storage?

What is the best bag size to o2 absorber ratio needed?  100cc absorber per quart bag?

5 gallon you should use at least 1,500 CC, ideally 2,000 CC

This can be via one absorbers that's 1,500 CC or five absorbers 300 CC spread out throughout the bag.

We always used 2,000 CC absorbers in Superpails and 750 CC in #10 cans when we packed commercially back in the 90's.
