@KB7DX
So I met the Coast Guard the other day, 4 miles out of Gulfport. Nice guys. I really should have replaced my cooling hoses last year....
So... anyway...I have the numbers right off the hoses and cannot find a replacement set.
I can only find one hose by part number searching everywhere.
My engine model seems to have had 3 different configurations: This is the closest I can find for serial number OF274795 but they don't look exactly right.
The hose part numbers for the one's I need are: 32-87108/WH037/32-817435/32-16021-1/32-87117-1
Any suggestions?
In the pic below, the two pretty much straight pieces are a hose I cut inhalf.

I'll look tomorrow at work when I have access to Mercnet.

Is this engine stock? Does it have closed cooling added

or exhaust manifolds replaced/swapped or aftermarket?

@HELOBRAVO

ETA - I looked at one of your prior posts and saw you have a Bravo2

drive. The parts diagram you were looking at were for an Alpha drive

so the hoses will be different.

Of course the hoses to the Volvo sea pump are going to be custom pieces.

Correct. My engine serial number fell in that range, I couldn't find that range anywhere else.

Of course the hoses to the Volvo sea pump are going to be custom pieces.

I just pulled the  hoses on the front of the engine.

Appreciate the help. The local shop wasn't any help. They had new counter people and they were not very motivated.

#16 is just bulk hose.
#21 is 32-16012
#18 is 32-160211
#19 is 32-871171
#25 is 32-861590a05

This is under design II cooling system for a Bravo setup.

It's kind of difficult to find with serial number alone as it doesn't jive too well with the

Mercruiser parts catalog.

I didn't include the sea pump hoses as they are not the same as yours.

Does the diagram match your configuration? T-stat housing the same multi piece

unit?

I believe so. I've been at work. If it's wrong, I'll return hoses. I'll update wen they come it.

@KB7DX

#25 fits.
#21 does not. Too big. That hose is a smaller diameter than # 25.
#18 & 19 match up with the ones I removed.
I also have a # 32-817435 that I cannot find a replacement for. Says no longer unavailable and I can't find new PN.

The 32-817435 is discontinued with no replacement.

c&m Marine Dist. shows 3 in stock.

@KB7DX
Damn hose cost me $80.
One more to go...the oil cooler hose. I have it ordered.
The thermostat to lower manifold hose has all the right bends. I am concerned about it touching the engine mount bolt. My son removed it, so I have no reference, but there seems to be no other way to run it.
