I'm using my KX3 on the Digital Net.
When I narrow my filters on 40m, I get a weird bite out of the middle of my passband. It does not do that on 20m. I can narrow the filters there as much as I want without the bite out of the middle. What setting did I screw up this time?

That's the beauty with elecraft. Email their support. They are a great company. I built some add-ons for a k2. I bought the kits used but missing a few components and elecraft still sent me the missing parts

I've tried it both with and without the notch filter on. Makes no difference.

Ha, I didn't really think about the data mode. I thought it might be something to do with the dual band pass filter.
Well anyway, glad it's working again. |

The Dual Band Pass filtering that BD was experiencing may have been because he was in RTTY mode. In fact it is about the only explaination.
