The boat is a 23' Dorado with a T-Top.

Everything has crapped out.

The radio is situated in an enclosure above the center console.

Speakers (I think 6") are flush mounted below the enclosure.

I don't usually drag any cd's on the boat, but blue tooth for Pandora and what-not would be handy.

If you don't need or want CD capability, look at a "mech-less" receiver

from any of the larger MFG's like Sony, Kenwood, Pioneer within your

budget. They all seem to be on par with one another in the same price range.

The mech-less units are also called media receivers and are considerably lighter

than ones with a CD player. I think this is the way to go as marine stereos

take a beating especially mounted in a T-top.

Look carefully because some of them don't have power amplifiers built in

and need an external amp to complete the install. You may or may not have

room or desire for an external amp.

Speakers are about the same as the receivers, comparable in class. Pick one within

your budget.
