Great deal on great stove.  Used this stove on/off for two years with no problems.  Best to use aluminum foil to help for clean up and always disconnect the propane cylinder when done to avoid propane leaks and mitigate fuel loss.

My gal got me an Everest v.1, 3 years back and it’s well regarded, but had a minor issue with some units going full blown volcano with the burners.

Version 2 fixes that issue.

I have a three burner Bass Pro version of that stove. Looks identical except for the color. It’s been decent but not great quality. The regulator failed very quickly and the sheet metal is thin. That said, the price is good. There are better stoves out there but for the money, it’s good. I would NOT pay the full asking price for it though. It’s not that good.

How does this compare to the Coleman ? I’ve used mine for a couple years and it’s been solid

I don’t own the Coleman but have little doubt the Coleman is the better stove.

I don’t think the stove the OP posted is bad but there are better ones out there.

The Everest has two 20,000 BTU burners - Total Output 40,000 BTU.
The Coleman Triton: 22,000 total BTUs
Other Coleman propane stoves: 14,000 total BTUs
Older Coleman classic liquid fuel stoves: 4500-7500 BTU burners

Another issue with ‘some’ Coleman camping stoves is that the don’t simmer well.

I’m a Coleman fan, BTW and own several single burners and lanterns, DF and propane.

Camp Chef makes a better version of the stove: the Everest 2X
It has a better regulator.

Of you can go wild with the all aluminum and stainless steel MOUNTAINEER.

I try to scoop those 2 burner colemans up if I see them for $20 at garage sales or marketplace. They are reliable, and don't take up a lot of space. I think they have plenty of BTU's to get a rolling boil quickly.

I really like that. We don't camp, at least not in a way that would require a burner setup like that. But it's still cool. It would be perfect for after a hurricane and there's no electricity about several days. I do have an electric hot plate that I power with one of the generators.

Coleman fuel suitcases are 14,600 on main burner and 11,000 on secondary (413s, anyway). I don't have the BTUs on three burner stoves.

Great deal.

I got mine 2 years ago for $90 and thought I did well.

Camp chef is wider, so accommodate two pots better, or a large fry pan and a pot.
Camp chef has hotter burners.

Mine is pretty nifty and has powerful burners.

That being said, if you can get a V2 for a good price, go with that one.

I haven't had a runaway burner on mine, but I've read two reports of them on V1 stoves.

I ordered one and got a refund one week later.  Either they ran out or seller didn't have it, no explanation.
