Yeah I was also bummed. I normally have good signals from that part of the world, maybe next time.

I was looking forward to this one. I guess we will have to wait another 10 years.
I always look forward to these Dxpeditions, as I get closer to 300 DXCC they are usually the only new ones left for me to work. |

Yea that is a bummer.. They were at the island, and could see their destination. Think it took 20+ days to get there...

Well it's really going to be a bummer for them. Without QSL cards, and donations, they are probably going to be in serious debt. I sure hope they come out of it OK.

Actually its a different group that plans on going, who also have a permit.
3YOZ is the guys now headed to africa. 3YOI is a different, smaller group. I think they're going to try it on a yacht of some sort. |
