Señora cavkid and I knocked out 55ish miles of the AT this past week from Harpers Ferry, WV to Front Royal, VA. Lots of rocks in the roller coaster. Also saw a bald eagle in a tree while canoeing the south fork of the Shenedoah River on 7/3. Is that still patriotic?

I am doing another Georgia section in 2 weeks, I have 4 states covered so far. nothing better than time on the AT.
