I desperately want to kill a black bear this year in West Virginia. Can anyone help me out with some information on guys that run dogs or are going themselves and need and extra shooter?

The place in Wyoming County I had planned on going to all summer is now out of the question so I'm desperate.

Have bow/rifle, will travel.
