Hey All,
New to the Forum and the AK platform. Have owned a number of AR's for years though. To keep a long story short, I purchased a GF3 AK from PSA a few weeks ago. After less than 100 rounds I have what appeared to be popped primers on two different occasions from two different brands of ammo. The good guys over at TheAKForum were nice enough to walk me through some technical issues and we determined it might be best to send the gun back to PSA to take a look at it. I emailed them (through their online contact form) last Saturday, I heard nothing back until I emailed them again on Tuesday. Tuesday evening at 9pm I received an email asking me for detailed info so they could provide me a UPS shipping label to send them the firearm. I hear nothing for another three days (after I immediately provided the necessary info) so I call them today and the customer service rep informed me that it takes 3-5 business days to generate a UPS label (which was not indicated anywhere in the email). I've been in multiple fields that require shipping and delivery of parcels and I know for a fact that a UPS label can be generated immediately if you have the necessary information. I was told that they have rep that frequents the forum here (Josiah?) who might be able to be of assistance. Any insight anyone can provide would be helpful. As a note, I really do like the gun and hope to get this resolved so that I can enjoy shooting it
Thank you!
Lance
