I see no reason why it wouldn't except for the buffer weight, 6.5 is a lot heavy for an 8 inch DI45, with commercial reloads we run a NO weight buffer to get it to lock back on the LRBHO.
DI 45 runs on a standard carbine spring and buffer....worst case we'd have to fabricate a buffer (easy).....or check with the MFG to see if they make one that duplicates a standard carbine weight.
If you decide to get a kit....just send me the existing buffer and I'll make a solid model so we can run them on the CNC....and keep some on the shelf for future folks wishing to use the stock.
I'd call Troy, but I don't really have any contacts there......if it was Midwest or Samson...
they have been exceptionally cooperative in the past.
I'll be out of the shop from Wed. 12 OCT 16 and back in the shop the following Tuesday OCT18 for the bi annual pilgrimage to Knob Creek......if you make it come see us at Table A16 in the barn.....
we'll have lots of uppers and mags there.....
