I am having issues with Troy Bravo rail fitting and aligning correctly and was told just now that they will not warranty it because I bought it off of eBay instead of from a "Direct Dealer". The rail was absolutely new and unused / uninstalled when I received it. It was still packed in the original Troy box with all papers and items that are typically included.
What possible reason can there be to exclude an item from warranty coverage because I am not the original purchaser of the item? If it was new and unused, uninstalled, or unmodified it must have been built or designed wrong. But Troy won't stand behind it because I didn't receive it from one of their dealers.
Way to go Troy. Your CS is a joke.
