Do you have a ups account? I know you got FFL items so might e different but they didn't send any info but my ups account said I had It coming in. Don't be surprised if the stuff you ordered just arrives. Good luck hopefully you can get it and run them in the classes. I received a partial order ODG SD upper, black ACH, buis set(black) and a bunch of swag with 35% coupon.
They still owe me a odg Gch and lpk (can't remember what else No tracking or email aside from ups account Upper looks great color on rail and odg ach are absolutely a great shade of odg and upper receiver is a light green odish color (all my od furniture is slightly a different color all from various vendors) I actually love the contrast on this set up probably good for camo. The Ebcg looks smooth and well made but haven't had time to look over it yet. Buis are better than I expected but I'm switching to kac micro's on everything soon anyway Hopefully the rest ships soon |

I got 1 order and part of another finally!
ODG SD upper came in, vacuum sealed with cosmoline. Not opening that tonight. Also 2x ACH and 1x BUIS came that were part of an SD rifle order. Still waiting on ODG and DDC SD rifles. The upper looks nice. Might hit the range this weekend. |

Norgon ambi catch fits, but is very close to the bolt hold open. This is the stiffest bolt release I've used. The ambi safety was easily reversed as I am a lefty. Some of the cleanest machining I've ever seen, especially in the lower parts kit. Uniform detent tension, very tight upper/lower fit, no need for an Accu wedge. View Quote I have to admit I was having doubts but mine came out great and Geissele might have a hit on their hands with the SDs even at full price you can't do much better than the price for a factory build. I assume once the dust settles from this mess they will be the most recommended for someone who wants a factory set up that's ready out the gate. Besides the horrible preparedness and communication I don't see any reason to be disgruntled at this point but shooting will determine the rest. I really want to buy one of those triggers off someone |

I did get an email last night at 20:08.
Here is what I received. Good Evening Allen, Thank you for contacting us and for your business. I’m going to check in on your orders for you and get you an update. We expect all remaining BF orders to ship by the end of this month and will be including a 35% off coupon with them as well. I apologize for the lack of coms on this and the delay but we will get this sorted out for you sir. Thank you, Nick At this point I am happy that I got some return communication. Here is my reply. Nick, I have two classes in the beginning of March that I need to take. If there is any way to get these orders expedited I would appreciate it immensely. I'm only a one hour and thirty minute drive from the facility. I will even come pick it up if I can at this point. Regards, Al |

I know what Luna Black is, not sure why you just screen shot that from their website.
You claim when you ordered the stand alone upper that it said it was in Luna Black. Can you go on your Geissele order page and look you your order of the standalone SD upper? What color does it say on your order page? Do you see where it says Luna Black is available on super duty rifles and SUPER DUTY UPPERS? You have to read and not assume cause you read the first line WHAT IS LUNA BLACK and then turned off your brain. You’re correct. My order for the SD upper says black. I can’t help Geissele decided to run two blacks and have conflicting info on their site. IMO if they want to do that then SD should be Luna and Duty should be matte or you should be able to specify which one you want at checkout either to match a Geissele lower or another manufacturers lower. I like the matte black better than the Luna Black. The Luna Black is slick. So if your hands are wet or bloody it’s going to be even slicker. Fine for range toy but not for duty use. My solution to my problem is simple, but a Geissele lower in matte black and build a complete rifle for the 11.5 for duty use. Problem solved. |

Well, I got my last shipment of Geissele BF stuff at last. My SSP is finally here! I installed it today and wow, it's really an awesome single stage trigger. Worth the wait? I dunno, but I'm keeping it. Got a second swag pack (more coffee I don't drink, another hat I won't wear) and another coupon...if it stacks with my mil discount, I might get another trigger and maybe a lower too.
Anyway, my part in this BF saga is now over. |

So, something dawned on me today. This is not a defense of G, and simply a thought that occurred to me. It’s been about 3 months since I placed one of my orders now for BF. I’ve been patient but very annoyed with how this entire thing was handled.
Well, today, I decided to email them asking for a status update because they never even acknowledged receipt of my FFL info after giving it to them right when they asked (only 2 weeks after ordering). I didn’t really expect a response because I’ve been seeing a lot of people saying they’ve sent multiple with no response. While other say they never wait more than a day. I got one back in less than 3 hrs, but I contacted them through the website contact system. For the people who have not been receiving responses, did you guys use the website, or send emails by copy and pasting the email into your own? I wonder if that makes these emails a “priority” by getting pinged somehow going through the website? By doing it through the site it opens am “inquiry ticket” so I think there’s some credence to that thought. Sorry for the long winded post, but I felt like the background was needed to show that this is truly not a defense, just an idea that may help people actually get through to the ones they need to talk to. Still over here part of the annoyed ~2ish% by now. |

Quoted: FWIW - I never received confirmation from G that my FFL had been received but in fact it had and IIRC I was able to check by looking at my order status as it indicated where the Title II item was being shipped. I am probably in the minority here but the way I look at the BF sale was that I placed an order with a 65% deposit and when my order shipped there was zero balance to pay. As a bonus, my order took slightly longer than advised so I also received a 35% off coupon with no dollar limit that can be used through 08/2020. I consider that a win and my only regret is that I didn't order a LPK. Cheers View Quote |

Dealing with Geissele is getting exhausting. FFL let me know he got my lower yesterday, no shipping notification or anything. Ordered a lower with DDC buffer tube and lower parts kit as most people that buy lowers want to build them. Well when I get to my ffl all he has is the lower, no buffer tube or lpk. So I called Geissele and he said yes my order was split but had no timetable on when the other stuff was gonna be sent and said by the end of the month. Figured I would ask about the super duty upper that I was waiting on too since there email to the 5.5% said all would be sent out by last Saturday, well he said mine wasn't shipped yet and also had no timetable for when it would. He offered to cancel my order and almost sounded like he's been doing that a lot since it almost sounded like he wanted to more than me.
@GACS @sagmill Why tell people that you are gonna ship out the remainder of the uppers in a few days if you can't stick to it? Lower looks good by the way and way better than Bill G's new quality standards... |

All these FFL items going out without shipping is worrisome for me. The most reliable FFL close to me isn't very trustworthy, I would have some real concerns if my item went and I had no real ability to know where it was and to hold the FFL accountable.
