In true idiot fashion, I ordered several enhanced Magpul buttstock pads; but I ordered the wrong part #. I went to click on return items, and I keep getting an error message saying: "We don't seem to recognize that order number or email."
I manually typed in the order # and e-mail and it still doesn't recognize the order. I tried testing it on previous orders (all last month) and get the same result. Is there a glitch in your system or am I again, an idiot? This order was placed on 12/27/22. Order # was 3000747898.
I ordered several of these: 100-004-168 ENHANCED RECOIL PAD
But I need these: 100-018-084WB MOE SL ENHANCED BUTT-PAD
I'd like to straight exchange them since they are the same price, but I understand if I need to get a refund and re-order. Also, I opened one up to find out the hard way that it doesn't fit. Can I return an opened item? I seem to get the best customer service posting here, so let me know the process. I never had to return anything from you before. Thanks for the help.
