All you need are correctly profiled 6.5 Grendel bolts and you can easily make 6.5 Grendel KS-47s that work with CSSpecs 6.5 Grendel AK mags. Would be nice if PSA made a fully ambidextrous AR lower. A lot of manufacturers such as LMT, KAC, American Defense, CMT, San Tan are producing stripped lowers with ambi controls machined into them. I love my LMT Mars lower but they’re friggin pricey and I like PSA’s forward thinking innovation of the past few years. Would be nice to have an affordable option.

View Quote Well, there are ambi selector switches, ambi mag releases, and only thing that isnt really ambi capable is the bolt release. But then you have this. The Odin Works PDQ looks to only needs a bit of machining to make it function in a standard AR lower. IDK, doesnt seem like it would take much effort. Little extra, yes, but doesnt seem it would need a complete retooling. Seems pretty doable. |

What about a rail segment that is a bridge between the receiver and cheap handguards without anti-rotation devices, or for those that want extra insurance against their handguard rotating?
For example, it would have two picatinny cross bolts on the upper receiver, and then across the handguard, it would have two slots for cross bolts and hex nuts to be -1/4 to +3/4 from the expected rail position. Total length would be ~4", material might even be glass-reinforced polymer? Kharn |

Since Josiah said they're looking for feedback for the AR-V here in this thread...
The one I get will be the 4" model and have a LaRue trigger in it. And would prefer ODG. Toss on an OD green SBA3 or SBA4 and a magpul K grip. |

AR-V feedback:
Make a pistol model that the length from the end of the receiver extension to the end of the barrel (not including attachment) is = or > 26.5". Without knowing the exact dimensions of the receiver, I'm guessing this is somewhere around 12.5" barrel. |

View Quote Because they said the main one's they're doing are 16", 10.5", and 4". I already have a PSA AR-9 with a 10.5" barrel and its longer than I'd like. Put a suppressor on it and its longer than a 16" rifle. My little mp5 is a 5.3" barrel including a 3lug. So I'm thinking 4" barrel and a 3lug and its right there in line with the MP5 reverse stretch and scorpion micro. |

A budget high power (NRA/CMP) starter rifle kit.
It would potentially start with this rifle kit But swap the trigger out for a 4.5 lb version of this. This would need to be installed on the upper. Including a .036" front sight post would be a nice touch. You could also do an accessories pack, with a National Match configured carry handle, a Garand sling, 3 20 rd. magazines, and a pack of NRA/CMP approved chamber flags. |
