Hey there - in all honesty, that sounds like more of a sight issue and not related to your batteries. I'm going shoot you a PM to get your name, address, etc., and then we'll get a shipping label sent over to you so we can take care of this. - Erik (

EDIT: We wanted to circle back on our original reply on this original thread. After checking with our Chief Engineering Officer, this actually sounds like more of a battery issue than a sight issue. Although it sounds counterintuitive, the sight actually uses MORE power to turn it off than it uses to keep it running. For that reason, when the battery gets low, it will not turn off. This explains why these sights aren't powering down, and usually just a simple battery swap should get you back up and running.
On the other hand, in this instance specifically mentioned above, there may be some kind of parasitic drain that actually is causing the batteries to lose power faster than normal. Regardless of what the culprit is, we're going to get this resolved as quickly as possible!
We're in the process of receiving this sight, so this is more of an FYI for anyone using this thread as a resource down the road. Step 1 would always be to swap with fresh batteries - this should resolve the issue until your batteries get low once again. However, if the issue persists after swapping batteries, we'd like to take a look and make sure everything is in working order or can be repaired/replaced as needed.
Hopefully this is helpful information if you're experiencing anything similar. If anyone has any questions about this, please don't hesitate to reach out. - Erik (
