Looks like the parent company of PSA bought another factory building in Columbia. Any word on what the plans are for the site?

I have 4 PSA ARs, a AR9, and an AK-V. All function perfectly and accurately. I'll happily buy more PSA products and pocket the difference to buy ammo.
Some of y'all are like women with purses when it comes to your ARs. It's not a fashion statement - it's a tool to protect your family from harm. |

I've had more malfunctions with an M4 on a single range day in the army than I've had with any of my PSA firearms. I've shot about 20k rounds through all of them combined. |

All,
We currently are running assembly of our AR's, AK's, house our Serialized Warehouse, Non-Serialized Warehouse, Anodizing, Manufacturing Warehouse etc. under one roof in West Columbia. You feel like you are in a can of sardines when you are at the current facility. We need more room to expand, and this new building will allow us to spread out comfortably AND expand production/warehousing capacity. It will create more jobs! Thanks, Josiah |

Good news! And for the AK snobs out there....the time is coming where you may only get to buy a PSA or CAI rifle, as soon as this potato in the WH figures out he can ban your imports with a stroke of a pen.
I am a fan of PSA, I mean look at the sheer number of weapons they alone have put into the US circulation! Whatever that number is......they need to double it. |

All my PSA guns run like sewing machines, ARs, Aks, and one 1911. The only failure I've had is with an extractor on my KS47 and PSA squared me away pretty quick. Yeah, I am totally jealous of the PSA 1911. That being said... I am thrilled to hear that PSA is expanding. They are a fantastic company, and I am proud that they are from South Carolina. |

My PSA is my go to, and my sons is HIS go to. Both work flawlessly. I would love to see more PSA in my future.

Fashionistas want you to have problems with your rifles from PSA, mine have been flawless and yes, I use them.

You should talk with Battle Field Las Vegas - they ran a thread about what breaks on guns that get hammered day after day after day after day - they said their PSA's had been some of their best running ARs. Plus, unlike Colt or Remington - no bankruptcy AND they really GET the whole "Customer Service" thing - I'm sure those two things are actually linked. Their Rep on ARFCOM "Josiah" has been beyond awesome - If they are expanding - that is a GOOD Thing for us all - More "Black Rifles" to "Matter" to the SCOTUS as being "Widely used & owned" ... Their owner made clear he started Palmetto State Armory to make excellent AR's affordable to the Masses. He has done well!! BIGGER_HAMMER |

I own three PSA AR-15's I built from parts I ordered from PSA. Granted all were built and bought when PSA sold components that were a significant bargain as compared to current prices. I ordered the best upper, lower, BCG and CH they had to offer for all of my builds. I do not understand the disdain and contempt so many have for PSA. I spent less than $750 for any one of my PSA's and got an AR-15's with with some pretty damn nice components and pretty accurate (way better than minuet of bad guy out to 300 yards with irons) as well and have been to date trust my life to reliable and problem free and yes they all have run like sewing machines and my one and ONLY complaint is my barrels are phosphate coated instead of nitride. |

I used to buy Akebono brake pads all the time because at least some of them were made in SC. While it's sad to see that's no longer the case, having PSA making more good stuff there is welcome news.

I don’t own a single psa product. I have in the past a would again in the future.
Psa has done more for this platform than any other manufacturer. Simply by putting asses in seats so to speak. Like any good drug dealer they get you hooked on there cheap prices on some items. Before long you got a pallet of there lowers and an entire bunker full of bcg’s that you paid $50 for. |

This.... all mine have been 100% reliable. I bought them for many reasons. 1 of the reasons is for SD... God forbid I ever need it for that... but PSA AR's are just as reliable as my Colts, BCM's, DD's and others. I have not had a single PSA made part fail, in many, many, many thousands of rounds of Factory and surplus ammo.... .308 /7.62x51, 6.5CM, and .223 / 5.56 For those that have had parts failures... EVERY AR manufacturer has had issues. EVERY SINGLE BRAND. PSA is a respectable company. Tell me one other company that has the internet presence like PSA ? PSA is openly helping solve any issues. You don't see AERO Precision answering issues publicly , and openly posting in a forum ... so god knows how many issues they truly have. S&W ? who knows... Armalite ? who knows... Point is, PSA does care. And given the many , many thousands of PSA AR's sold you are going to see a larger number of possible problems. Frankly... car manufacturers probably have more issues than PSA... and yet even with those car issues we all still drive ones that are GTG If any of the other companies wanted to start making affordable AR's ( a decade ago ) they could have ... but they didn't. PSA stayed on top of it and did it. Mercedes once ruled for reliable... Toyota caught up to them, and surpassed them. Beating them at their own game. The playing field as a whole... has leveled out by quite a bit in that decade.... Admit it. As for PSA buying another plant .... good, more AR's, AK's, etc for everyone.... at working man prices. For me, and clearly many others, PSA keep up the good work. And for Josiah and Jamin, and the employees at PSA, have undoubtedly helped the 2nd Amendment, and the US people more then any others in my lifetime. Where would we be without PSA ?... seriously ? Better or worse ? .... In my opinion, we are far better. To each , his own... I will continue to buy PSA. |

That is a GOOD Thing that PSA is increasing Production of their products (along with bringing new products to us), even in the face of the Dumb-O-Crat "gun grabbers"...
Haters don't have to buy Palmetto, but I feel I DEFINITELY got my money's worth and then some with some solid, accurate, reliable & long running rifles... BIGGER_HAMMER |
