Apparently our deck is becoming a cat timeshare. Momma and kitten show up a while back. A few days later another cat comes snooping around. Momma and kitten come around a few more times. 2nd cat comes by the next day. Momma and kitten were here last night (momma actually let me pet her but she didn't growl a bit). And now 2nd cat is sleeping in the chair that they were in last night. View Quote |

It is just outside of alamogordo nm. Was the base of a 117 stealth fighter wing until recently. Also has a large contingent of personnel from the German air force. Base is on the edge of white sands missile range to allow for a large secure flight path. Do I win? Put in an application there. It's an hour south of Ruidoso, where all the Texans go to ski and race horses. Alamogordo is a pretty conservative town. Lots of churches and zero strip clubs. Maybe two bars. Hot in summer but so close to the mountains it's easy to escape. 6 has permanent divots Most insurance will pick up tab as it is a long term health issue been discussed here |

Weird how you remember someone from high school, that was one of the good people, and wonder why you don't see their posts on FB anymore. Go and look, and they apparently unfriended you. Not sure why. Sad, really, not knowing why. Oh well, I guess they weren't really my friend anyway apparently. This has happened several times in the past few months. But IRDGAF.

And now there's a fucking big ass coon out there. Heard a thump and thought it was a cat moving around. Go to the door and turn on the light to see this thing slowly stand up and stare at me through the door. Kinda creepy the way he did it.
Guess I need to get the trap back out. And that other cat was just chilling on the railing watching this thing. |
