Love my CAN mount. Love my LT-104's as well but the "not having to find where I stuck my Larue tool" comes in handy.

I have been using the classic LT mount with levers for years....I think the 204 mount is a great idea, but I cant seem to want to make the switch....as far as wrenches, I have so many, I even keep some in the kitchen drawer with the spoons and forks, Ms 77 is not too fond of this, but if she ever needs a LT wrench, she knows where to find one!!!!

I got to play with an earlier 204 and liked the quick adjustment. The clicks are short and you can hear and feel them. I liked the small changes to the mount also. I do have 3 104's and couldn't pass on a 204's Cyber Monday deal, so I have one coming, though I don't expect to replace my 104's.
No matter what Mark does, he excels over other brands, and for a reason. Thank ya, Mark, for leading the industry! |

I am VERY impressed with this mount, even compared to the older LaRue mounts. Adjustment is super easy and repeatable due the clicks. If they kept them at this price, I'd never buy another kind of scope mount again on an AR.

And have complete confidence in RTZ! Now, why would anyone buy a used LT104 in the E&E for North of $150? |

Ordered the LT204 wirh 30mm rings along with a MBT trigger yesterday. I know it’s a long shot but is there any chance they would be shipped out in time for Christmas? |

So my new LT204 came with a drop of red Loctite on each ring screw. I’m concerned that it will be a bitch to remove if I want to change or move the optic. Just scrape it off and use blue or is it not something to be concerned about?

Just got mine mounted! Very happy I bought a torque wrench. This is my first optic mount, but I honestly don't see why anyone would get any other mount, the price point is insane. The only thing I would have liked would be a raised mount 1.93". I messed with the tension a little bit and loosened the nuts a tad bit but otherwise was great. Still not sure if I like the scope's fore/aft position, but I'm too lazy to move it forward and deal with releveling it. One question, I assume it's normal to have the reticle slightly canted when shouldering the rifle since we have a natural cant right? Stupid question, but I'm a first time magnified optics owner.
