We have a desire to hire CNC turning operators and settup machinists for First, Second, third shift, and weekends. We are currently running production 24 hours a day, 5 days a week, but would like to hire extra staff for all shifts, as well as stand up weekend machining if possible.
Initial pay range is ~$16-$33/hour + benefits (Paid Vacation, Health, dental, vision, 401K) governed by the level of experience (from train to hire, to skilled, efficient and safe twin turret CNC turning settup machinist) and training candidates can throughput into qualifiable and obvious job skills.
We would prefer to hire higher skilled people, but we can also train on the job, if people have strong work ethic and demonstrable 3.15 or better High School GPA and a couple years of work experience with one outfit to merit the considerable investment of the most valuable resource we have (TIME).
CNC professionals need to have a good teamwork, cooperative attitude, good digital dexterity for insert changes and part measurements, a desire to learn, and a commitment to consistent quality of execution of tasks to be successful.
