I just recently received my brand new 10.5" 5.56 pencil barrel order, directly purchased from Faxon. I checked the headspace on this barrel and it is failing the NoGo gauge test with 4 different bolts. These same 4 different bolts pass the NoGo gauge test in other barrels (4) including another Faxon 14.5" pencil barrel. This barrel is out of headspace spec. Even the bolt that works in the 14.5", fails in the 10.5".
I have sent two emails to customer service, one last week, and a follow up this week, with no response. I have called your technical support phone and your general customer service lines but get a recorded message about no available representatives. I cannot get through. I left a message and have not been reached out to.
I didn't think this was normal with Faxon. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt, but please reach out to me, Faxon, to correct this issue.
