Received my 2 dagger frames that I ordered and built out an aim surplus rmr cut slide to slap on one of them. I was never interested in the dagger as a complete package, but the frame is a great deal for doing your own builds.

Trigger: One of the frames I received has an excellent trigger, I would say on par with a stock gen 5 Glock. No grit at all and just about the perfect weight for my preferences. Trigger break is very crisp, with very little creep. Reset might be a touch long, but wasn't a noticable issue while shooting. This is the frame I paired with the slide I built out. The trigger in the other frame I received has some noticeable grit and is a bit heavier. I plan on polishing it up a bit to see if I can get it on par with the first trigger.
Ergos: The frame feels great in the hand. I'm someone who likes the way Glocks feel, and the dagger is far superior in this regard no question. The mag release can be a little hard to press deep enough to allow the mag to drop free without shifting my grip, but I have the same problem with gen 3 Glock frames. The texture of the dagger frames is really comfortable, but personally I feel could be a bit more aggressive.
Slop: I have heard reports of people saying that the daggers have significant mag wobble and that the front of the slide elevates while pulling the trigger, then drops after the trigger breaks. I compared the mag wobble to my gen 5 Glock 19 with a factory Glock 19 mag. Both my dagger frames had an almost identical amount of mag wobble compared to the gen 5, maybe slightly more. Initial impressions are that this will not be an issue. I also compared the slide movement of the frames while pulling the trigger to the same gen 5 19. Neither the dagger frames I received nor the 19 had any noticable movement while pulling the trigger. Both the dagger and the 19 had a small amount of slide dive after the trigger breaks. The daggers had slightly more. This may be more of an issue on the complete dagger pistols, so if you are going that route YMMV. I also did not experience and of the trigger pin movement / walk that has been reported.
Holster compatibility: I don't currently own any non light bearing Glock holsters, but the dagger frames fit in all the LB holsters I have. The fit is a bit tighter than with a factory Glock frame. I do have a raven vanguard that I will try to find. Once I try it I will update this post.
Shooting: I only had time to shoot 200 rounds through it, but in happy to report 0 malfunctions. I shoot g19s really well and this thing is no different. After those 200 rounds I might actually prefer this build to a factory Glock. I will bring my gen 5 19 out on my next range trip to shoot them side by side.
