Hello sir,
We contacted our IT folks for a thorough investigation since we take customer security and potential security breaches very seriously.
We have no evidence of a breach on our end. Here is their response:
The TNVC website is firewalled, scanned and monitored daily for intrusion and possible malware infections. There have been no intrusions or malware infections.
When orders are placed, credit card information is entered in the customers browser. This data is encrypted and transmitted directly to the credit card processing company. Where the order is processed and payment is authorized. Customer credit card information is NEVER transmitted to or stored by TNVC. All credit card information is not available to billing personnel, only the authorization number that the credit card processor generated with the order.
This communication of credit card information is directly between the customer and credit card processing company only. But it is recommended that the customer is connected to a trusted network before submitting an order. We do not recommend submitting an order while connected to a public WIFI network without the use of a VPN to add a layer of encryption to the communication further.
Please feel free to contact directly with the info below in my signature if you have any questions.
