I wanted to give you some feedback from a couple of my recent orders. I am not looking to get anything for free nor do I want anything from you. I have been a long time customer (20+) years and feel if you don't change, I don't think you will be in business in the next 20 years.
I ordered something from you on 23 Feb. and paid for standard shipping. The website when I ordered gave me an estimated arrival date of 28 Feb. You did not ship the item until 27 Feb and it now has an estimated arrival date of 5 Mar. I feel this is too slow.
I ordered an item between Thanksgiving and Christmas and had almost the same experience and wrote if off as a one time slow experience due to the Christmas rush, but I feel that may have been the standard.
The edge program is not cost effective for the amount of products I order from you and feel that it should not take you 4 days to get a shipment out of your doors for an in-stock item. If I place an order from Midway USA on Sunday, I usually have it on Thursday or Friday, plus I don't have to pay an annual fee to get that level of service.
I do like that you are strong supporters of the NRA, but so is Midway USA.
In this feedback, I compare you to Midway USA because when shopping for gun supplies, the two of you are the two websites I go to first. Unfortunately for you, I feel Midway USA is providing a better service than you and it is sad because I really like your company.
You may take my feedback with a grain of salt, but I wanted to give you a customer's prospective of your service vs you competitors.
