I have removed the FH to direct thread mount a suppressor. It is standard 1/2x28 thread and seemed to snug up well with my adapter.
It is a locknut instead of crush washer from factory. I don't know if would have alignment issues if you used the locknut with a suppressor mount. I'd try mounting it to the shoulder instead of the locknut.

As suggested in another thread I just put the rifle in a vice using a mag block, put some heat to the FH and wrenched it. Came off fairly easy.
I replaced it with a AAC FH/ Suppressor mount I had laying around and covered it with an AAC "Blast out" which I really like when not using a can. The 16" bbl is a bit unwieldy with the can mounted but doable. Next upper purchase will be a 10.5 BRN 180 which is the length I normally run my cans on.
I just pulled the bolt after firing about 200 rds in the last 2 days and as expected it was virtually spotless. I've run a bunch of piston guns and have to say that they're the way to go when using a suppressor..or not. The BRN 180 seems particularly nice though.
Something to be said about not crapping where you eat.
