Quoted: Thanks. Very good deal there. You want the SS for apples to apples, $2839.74. Again, nowhere near $3700 like 'jon101st' was claiming or 'mettee' was claiming $3150 to $3500 from actual companies. https://i.imgur.com/MbRK09H.png https://www.tombstonetactical.com/catalog/lmt/mws-defender-rifle-762-16in-sst/ View Quote LMT is coming out with molok slick side lets see what the prices are. |

I oiled the snot out of my Stealth 2.0 upper and noticed the chalkiness returned. I stripped it down and gave it a bath with very hot soapy water and a worn out tooth brush. Looks absolutely amazing now. Very close in color to the handguard, definitely nothing to get hurt over. Any difference is very minimal.

Step 1 . Order a UPPER kit . Upper kit is then "painted" and shipped to you
Step 2 . Order a lower matching the upper kit Lower is then "painted" from a different batch as they probably used all the "paint up"since then and have to make more . Step 3. Not 100% match . But you saved a ton of money and have a complete LaRue rifle What's the problem here again ? |

No body said to compare a slick slide with a LT in pricing. You are the one that incorrectly said a LMT is $3700. I corrected you. Then guys start saying how the CL LMT was CL and how you had to compare a SS LMT. So I found that, $2800. Now you are trying to move the goal posts again and say how it isn't the Slick upper. Well that doesn't matter. How about the LT doesn't even offer a MRP, so there. Again, a LMT is not $3700. You are wrong. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted:

In conclusion... LMT and LaRue both make great rifles both are pricey! You can get a LaRue at a bargain but it MAY not match your lower. That about sums up 4 pages...

Black is classy, elegant. Why do all women have that little black dress? For color, you have all your black parts, ship to place for cerakote to make sure it matches, if that matters. I'm going with option But my color of choice is not standard from LaRue. |

I can't post pics because of no host, but my UDE IS A VERY VERY close match for not being shot on same day.
I am very pleased with the end result. The UDE is gonna be one nice looking setup. Now waiting on fde big block and I am certain it is going to be just as nice! Edit. FDE is nice! |
|
[#38]
My ejector port door spring wasnt put on correctly. Just flopped around until I reinstalled it. I think Ill start a whiney a@@ thread on it. LOL

[#39]
UDE small frame ordered 9/12, delivered 2/7. I'd say the match is pretty good, no oil used. Attached File

[#40]
Yes, the UDE and FDE both look awesome.
I thought I liked the UDE the most, until the fde came, it's hard to pick a favorite |
|
[#41]
I was pleasantly surprised that the FDE matched. I put together a Noveske Gen 3 build in FDE sourcing the upper, lower and rail from 3 different palces, the FDE was spot on with them as well.

I now have 1 fde that is slightly off in the wrong light and 1 fde that is perfectly matched. All the black models are perfect as well
