I ordered two rifle lower build kits a two pistol lower build kits.
The rifle ones arrive a couple day before the pistol kits. When I was unpacking the pistol kits it was obvious that one kit weighed more than the other. Upon opening it I noticed that a Magpul MOE buttstock was in one and not the other. I incorrectly assumed that a stock was missing. I contacted PSA on this. I was notified that the buttstock was incorrectly put in the kit and even sent a 10% off coupon on my next order They even went so far as to remind me not to install it on a pistol. I checked my previous order and found I got the two shipments confused. I tried to find out how I could pay for the extra buttstock and was told we were even.
I know some people bash PSA on things and I’ve always had great dealings with them. I really appreciate the effort they go to help “common use” items get to their customers.
