Actually it didn’t arrive
UPS sent me a photo of where it was delivered and it’s not my house…no clue where it is.
I called PSA customer service and Wanda Mae told me to hang up and call UPS. UPS told me to hang up and file a claim online. I called PSA back and Jason told me that Wanda Mae could’ve initiated the claim, but doesn’t know why she didn’t. He was massively more helpful (props to him).
So, out of two items in stock, one hasn’t shipped (currently OOS so I think it oversold and I won’t be getting it anytime soon) and one never made it with low effort resolution on my first call to CS. Second call more helpful but shouldn’t have had to call a second time and I’m also frustrated at this point
2 stars out of 10 so far, PSA and Jason at CS is the reason I even gave two . Every time I give y’all another chance you let me down
