Yes they come from the factory as seen in the photo...(roll mark is "Piston Carbine" not M4 Carbine for those of you using a zoom button

We have them, just write a request for a M4 Carbine roll marked lower in the order comments

We will roll out specialty lowers slowly and pricing will vary depending on quantities and rarity of each lower
For now we are blowing out ALL the Piston Carbine marked lowers for $300! https://www.armsunlimited.com/Colt-M4-Carbine-Lower-Receiver-Assembly-p/lr556.htm |

Was notified today that Colt shipped us 9mm AR15 matching upper/lower sets in Vietnam tiger stripe camo. Limited quantity and once received we will photograph and post |

I heard some companies like Colt, LMT, etc. won't offer stripped lowers to the general public because then anyone can build up a rifle using the stripped lower and call it a colt. Basically they don't want someone to buy a stripped lower, build it up with shitty parts, and sell it as a 6920 to some unknowing guy. This makes sense to me and I don't blame them for it.

So I could see a market where they had a rollmark for individual lowers, something clearly different. Not the Competition stuff that's a 3rd party, but something Colt quality specifically built for builders. |

While I agree, it is worth noting that Colt is one of the few companies that would do different rollmarks for different models. The 6920 m4-marked is their default it seems, and it's disappointing that they don't use other rollmarks for the Expanse. It should SAY Expanse! I am getting a 6945, it is sort of disappointing that it's just marked M4. An old 6933 was COmmando marked, IIRC, but now they're just M4 marked. Assumed these were originally complete rifles ... were they in fact never built into rifles ? Patiently awaiting the 9mm stuff too !!! |

The lowers we have coming are marked M4 Piston Carbine, the marking from the LE6940P rifles. We also have some rare OD Green, Flat Dark Earth, and SCW Carbine marked lowers coming. They are all coming as completed lowers direct from Colt View Quote |

Well, that's encouraging. I ordered the same on 5/8 and haven't heard from them. Did they send you an email asking for you to submit an offer? View Quote edit: spelling ... |

I'm referring to the area near the trigger pins. I think it says
COLT DEFENSE
Looks like it may have an engraved RFID code as well in that area. Thanks again. |

Expanse sometimes uses regular M4 lowers, but have varied before. I think it's a "whatever we have in the bin" deal. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted:

Supposedly the Expanse uses the same lower. I'm intrigued by the different font though. That's what I got. |

All stripped lowers. Mexico marked lowers, law enforcement marked lowers, target match lowers, take a look for yourself. $200 each
We have 2x correct complete SCW lowers but they're going to be high dollar, if anyone is interested PM me and I will get pricing from management |
|
The markings are what we expect from the description I'd imagine ?
Stripped as in never before assembled ?? |
|
Yes the markings are correct per the titles / descriptions. They are stripped never before assembled, they came as stripped lowers from the factory. Whatever I have is all that will be sold. Colt has never before sold stripped lowers and does not plan on doing it, they are just overages. The stripped lowers you see from other suppliers were purchased as complete firearms that were later stripped

Is there any Legal reason that these stripped Colt Lowers cannot be made into pistols?
|
