From Ron Calzone
HB 85, the MO Second Amendment Preservation Act, was just assigned to the Senate General Laws committee.
It has taken that long for the Senate to "2nd Read" all the Senate bills that came before the House bills, and a number of other House bills were 2nd read today, too.
HB 85 has already passed the House, so it next must have a hearing in the Senate, where it will be voted on, and then sent to the Senate floor for a vote by the full Senate.  It will have changed that the House must accept with another vote in that chamber.
Look for a hearing after next week's legislative spring break.

       Constitutional Carry in Missouri

SAPA both the House and Senate Versions have been referred to the General Laws committee. Start putting pressure on your senators to pass the Senate version SB39 not the watered down house version!
Look for link to fill out witness forms soon. Let's take the anger and frustration from what's happening in DC and use it to get SAPA passed and protect Missouri gun owners to the best of our ability!
It's time to fight like hell!

Thanks for the update, I'm glad to see some movement there. Has anyone looked at the legislation being drafted  in Arizona? I believe it is centered around the 10th Amendment.
