Just had a Gun Broker auction won by a resident of Illinois, he is not in Chicago. Anything I should be aware of besides getting FOID and Drivers license copy before I ship. Thanks

Not a lawyer, but I order bulk ammo online from Midway and Natchez and they just ask for FOID and DL.

If it's a newer FOID card with no expiration date I think you will technically want to pop it into the verification site to cover your bases.

Yep.
Copy of the FOID card and DL (or state ID) is what is required under IL state law.
