Is there an easy online function to determine deed status online?  I need to determine quickly if a deed was tenants in common or not.  Easy to find out online or do I wait and contact courthouse tomorrow morning?

I'm not sure if it will show deed status or not, but qpublic usually provides some useful information related to property.

Not all counties use it, though.

Depending on the county, you may be able to check it via the Clerk of Courts website.

For example here's the one for Forsyth County.
