Yes I got a 72hr ban for 'advocating killing LE'.   Just wow.

Alright, since that happened:    I have not ever, nor will I ever advocate for the unjustified or unlawful killing of anyone.

Since that time, much information has come out regarding the Breonna Taylor thing which was the context wherein my comments were made.    Here is a video with a retired LE reviewing the warrant:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t4hyetbQ51Q

In fact, if you hang out on that channel, you will see a plenty of LE recklessly abusing and even killing Citizens and getting away with it almost every day.   They guy who runs that channel is a 30-yr experienced / retired LE who makes my comments look like snowflakes.   I'm getting pretty sick of evil / out of control / reckless govt just killing people and nothing happens to them.

I am also a well-studied, historically accurate, radicalized-by-John Locke, Constitutionalist and BASICALLY what that means is Private Property is the supreme moral objective of ANY United States govt.    Needless to say, we don't have THAT govt any more.   We have quite a socialistic govt/society right now.   Remember ... we used to respect property so much that we hung people for stealing a horse.

I can show you HOW and WHY the Constitution actually REQUIRES and NEEDS the 'death penalty' to 'be a thing'.   It has a lot to do with the legal-speak known as "making whole" a person who has suffered damage due to actions of others.  I do not subscribe to the notion that police lives are 'sacrosanct' -- their lives are no more important or valuable than mine or yours.   Brainwashing the Citizen to BELIEVE that agents of government CAN DO NO WRONG is a big step towards total subjugation of the society.   Same for 'them' being 'royalty' and 'us' being their 'subjects'.

Now that much more information has come out, I am more upset with the "leaders" in Louisville than I am the cops banging on Breonna's door, except for the one guy (who got charged) for recklessly dumping his mags into an APARTMENT BUILDING.... holy shit dude....    he's lucky he didn't kill anyone next door.   I am not thrilled that the cops did not turn on their cameras and I am suspicious about they can't determine who's bullets killed Breonna.   And it's kindof odd that the guy in the apartment didn't get hit once.

I feel bad for the Sgt who got hit because apparently that quick exchange was a misunderstanding.  He seems like a respectable dude.   I've heard he's going to be okay, and, he wrote a public letter scathing all his leaders.   Bravo and good for him.

At the time of my 'ban-worthy' comments, I was envisioning a bunch of jackass liberals directing a bunch of commando cops to bust in a door and start dumping mags with no regard of the outcome....  because govt is sacrosanct.

I have since found that my feelings about this 'forum' are shared by others:    https://www.m4carbine.net/archive/index.php/t-215764.html

I have never given a dime to this website and now I don't care one whit if I stay or go.   The only thing I find valuable here, worth my time, are posts from Softpoint and I've discovered that I can get those without even logging in.

Lastly, if you folks don't want me around ... just say so.   And then watch Nutnfancy's video on the pussyfication of America.

How is the death penalty going to be a thing of officers lives don't matter?  That is like saying the Constitution is just a piece of paper no more important than any other piece of paper.  It isn't the paper or the officer, it is what those things stand for.  An officer represents law and order, so yes life of an officer is held in higher regard because of what it represents.  That also means officers should be held to a higher standard than civilians, something some on this site disagree with it.  That doesn't mean they can do no wrong and I haven't seen a single person on this site say that.  It means if they don't live up to that higher standard they should be prosecuted accordingly.  When that doesn't happen then bad cops do more bad things and it upsets more people.

The camera thing bothers me a lot.  Part of the explanation from AG Cameron could explain it.  He said the officers were plain clothes officers filling to help serve the warrant.  Having a body camera strapped to you sort of ruins the plain clothes aspect.  In that context I could see why they didn't think to wear them.  The other side of me wonders what they were really trying to do.  Were they just officers that showed up and would carry out tasks in the middle the night, doing illegal things and getting away with it?  Since they weren't typical officers that serve a warranty any witness wouldn't be able to point them out.  No body cams means nothing to tie them to the activities.  Where they going after the tens of thousands of dollars that she was holding for her drug dealing ex?  The only reason that is a possible question is because the officers didn't wear body cameras.
