During this initial phase of limited supply, North Florida/South Georgia
Veterans Health System (NF/SGVHS) is offering the COVID-19 vaccine to
the below categories of Veterans receiving care at VA.
Veterans over the age of 65
• High Risk Veterans: Homeless Veterans, Hemodialysis patients, and
Chemotherapy patients (receiving chemotherapy in a
clinic/hospital setting) of any age.
• Veterans employed as essential workers (fire fighters, police
officers, corrections officers, food and agricultural workers, United
States Postal Service workers, manufacturing workers, grocery
store workers, public transit workers, and those who work in the
educational sector (teachers, support staff, and daycare workers)
Documentation Required.
SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT TODAY
If you are an enrolled and eligible Veteran that falls into one of the
current criteria, CALL 352-548-6000 ext. 103755. If there is no availability
of the vaccine at your preferred site of care, you may be offered an
appointment at another NF/SGVHS location.
