My years spent living in Fla. have spoiled me...  looking for a good samich' maker upstate....  I am used to the west coast Tampa style Cuban.... but basically any Cuban will do.
I have been making at home... but as you know, nothing tastes the same as the original.  I would kill for a good Cuban sandwich and a beer right now!

Way back when select Publix stores used to make a "Super Cuban" in their deli but I have not seen that offering in decades. It's a shame because they were awesome.

I have made my fair share of them using a George Foreman with excellent results.

This place is really good. Has a kinda of "Soup Nazi" thing going on but the food is great.
