Just curious, since I moved here in July, but was this a requirement during the spring lockdown? When I went to get a haircut the first time, the barber told me over the phone that they would need to write down my contact information for tracing, in the event someone tested positive at the shop, but when I got there, they never asked for any information. I was wondering if that was a procedure early on that they dropped during the summer when restrictions were eased.

I went out Tuesday, and the manager said they only ran into one person who freaked out about leaving his name and number. They even told him he didn't need to provide information if he chose carryout.
This late in the game I find it shocking people are still giving wait staff a hard time about policy that is way above their pay grade. |

Went to Leo's today in Oakland county. They have a sign in sheet on a table by the door. Most people ignored it and found a place to sit. When the bill came it had a space for name and phone number but the waitress said it was optional.
