With a lawyer you may be paying extra but usually tickets are reduced to non moving violations which means no points and your insurance won't go up.

They will change it to illegal parking and reduce the fine to probably half. I had an at fault accident (failure to maintain lane) reduced to illegal parking because I used Garrett Ogata. |

I've had 100% success with a lawyer getting things dropped to a no point ticket with a fine. Worth it every time. |

What jurisdiction? Some were offering the same deal without getting an attorney.

This is how it usually worked at home and pretty well what I'm aiming for with the ticket. I know we'll pay, but I'd rather not pay the insurance company for years over it. |

Call the Elko DA office. Ask them directly if they’ll work it out. They usually will. I used to do it when I was working in Humboldt.
