I'm visiting my sister and her fiance near Shreveport this December. They're gun owners but not really gun people so I want to change that; I plan on bringing a bunch of stuff.

Where are some fun places to shoot? Are there hogs in the area we can hunt? I might have NV by then but I don't think I'll be getting enough for everybody to use.

December weather in Shreveport can be any where from mid 30's & sleeting rain to high 60's and perfect weather.
The best indoor range is Red River Range.
For outdoor ranges
Bodcau Shooting Range is the best
Long Range Ally is nice also but GREAT for rifle.

For hog hunting there is a place in Frierson about 20 minutes south of town that does paid hog hunts.

I have not personal experience with other than just hearing about them.
