Campus isn't bad.  Chester is a dump, especially down by the Casino.  They keep the soccer stadium pretty safe.

About 20 years ago I was working nights upgrading Wideners underground high voltage system. On more than one occasion some of the local populace would heave rocks at us over the fence. We had hard hats, they didn’t!! So we just heaved them back. Some of my guys scored some hits. Fun Times!!! Never so glad to finish a job and get out of Chester
