Does no one care about this guy? Have we given up. Is this state a lost cause?
This joker surely has a distasteful past. We know the Denver Post will never look for it.
He has no good defense for the tax shelters. We need to find more!

If the demoncrats take the Senate, find a place to bury your guns.

Time is short.

If Polis gets elected and the Ds take the state senate, then I will be looking for a job in another state. I hope that I don't have to do that.

The recent poll has him 7 pts ahead of Stapleton, but 11% of respondents were undecided. He's spending lots of $$$ and trying to appear moderate. Don't expect any effective countermeasures from the Rs here. Heck, I expect some of them to go on TV and say something stupid like "the Bible condemns gays." (I'm sure it does, but STFU).

I'm sure that no one here is going to skip voting this year.

I'm not optimistic about our chances.  The state level GOP is even more dysfunctional than the national party, and does everything it can to lose.

I'd say its about 95% likely that Polis "the Pole Smoker" wins, and pulls a Jerry Brown on the state.

…Of all the dispositions and habits which lead to political prosperity, Religion and morality are indispensable supports. GW

Here is how election night plays out: "Daddy, why is that man kissing that other other man?" That man just got elected Governor and the other man is his husband. "How does that work Daddy?" Well........

He can be as gay as he wants to be. He should never be subject to violence. I don't care about his deviant sexual practices until it comes to being the head of our state. PC has crippled everyone ability to fight back.

Having a confused moral compass is the least of his problems. He is a smug, we know better, socialist who will try to tax us into oblivion, ruin our healthcare and try to turn this place into California.

The state regulatory agencies will become complete tyrants. Citizens and companies will have no recourse other than to leave.

I agree that the Colorado republicans are completely inept.

Are you guys saying that we're F-ed? I want to believe that Polis is too statist even for Kolorado.

We'll find out Nov 6th.  As I said before, I'm not very optimistic about our odds though.

90% of Boulder and Denver are going to vote for that commie.  Its going to take an enormous % of the rest of the state to over come that.  And the Springs is not near as conservative as it once was.

Too bad we can't dig up some real dirt on him that democrats wouldn't like or would at least keep them away from the polls.

Were gonna get royally fucked here in Colorado. To many of the wrong Californians and east costers here now.  We won't be able to out vote them any more. Very Sad  but the truth.

Stapleton needs to stop saying stupid shit. He asked Polis if he wanted his little kids to buy marijuana (relating to mj taxes). This was at their latest debate. Stick with a simple message like "Polis wants to run your life, but I don't." (last part questionable)

Yup me too. I don’t want to leave as my family has been here since before the place was a state. That being said I’ll not live in Eastern Kalifornia.
Luckily I can probably transfer with my company. I’ve already been looking at the Eau Claire Wi area.

It's possible that my company would let me telecommute from somewhere nearby like Cheyenne. I should be able to find another job easily enough. I don't want to leave, but like you said, living in East Kali is off the table.

Wit the company (think electric/gas utilty) I work for my transfer options aren’t all great.

Amarillo Tx, Minnesota, Wisconsin, crappy parts of New Mexico, South Dakota, and North Dakota.
I’m 45 and really don’t want to change employers so Eau Claire would be my choice.

The wife and I are actually thinking about taking a long weekend this winter to check it out. Gotta plan ahead.

Really sad what has happened in this state. My grandfather is probably rolling around in his grave right now.

I like the Upper Midwest. It's a different kind of good scenery. It also has cold winters. I haven't spent much time un WI, but the parents live in the good part of MI and have one of the best US congressmen representing them.

If fishing were my main thing, then I would definitely live somewhere like MI. Property taxes are much higher, but the roads get plowed.

The pisser is that I'm not finished remodeling my house, so I have to kick it in gear in the likely event that I will have to sell.

Thank the libtards, and thank the theocrats who turned off the swing voters.

Wife and I have been looking for new states for a few months.  The sad part is the other states we would go to have some huge shitty reason not to live there.  Problems Colorado doesn't have.
