Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - What to do this weekend?

I'll be going home to Southington this weekend to visit my parents. Looking for ideas for fun stuff to do or places to go with them. They're in their late 50's and very active.

I know the Apple Harvest Festival is this weekend. Anything else going on?

I'm open to all sorts of suggestions.

New England Air Museum

If youre up for a little drive then the berkshires foliage has begun to pop. A lot of the larger Maples are red and the larger birches are yellow. Nothing from most of the oaks or hickorys etc but its still starting to look really nice. Plenty of amazing hikes, best part of the year.
