Except for food/drink, as mentioned above in which both I agree on, not much "doing" in that area for just a few hrs.
Sky harbor does have some good food in some of the terminals as they have tried to put local iconic places there. |

My business shares a chain link fence with the airport. That's if you want to hang out at a dirty welding/ fabrication shop.
