What is the going monthly fee for parking your Travel Trailer on private property to live in. The place has 50 amp service and a sewer connection.

It also has a small fenced in yard that separates it from the owners land.And has a deck with shaded roof.



I am going to bet without a location it depends

Your shore power is going to be 300$+mo for your AC.  Its expensive. RV's are not meant for long term living and, simply are not insulated for it. Long term sites meter your electrical.

$400.00/month at Llano Estacado in Lubbock, Texas.  That includes electric and water service.
