For those who made it to the end. My buyer has covid and did not sign the revised contract and he missed the closing date. His agent has not heard from him either. We have a buyer for the GF's house and will close on our Alabama house next month.

Welcome to Bama. Despite what many will say, there is no need to choose a team. 20+ years in and I don't care about AU or UA, and I have an employee whose son is one of UA's offensive linemen . I may be partial to UGA since I grew up in GA.

Hope you're enjoying it! Lot's of opportunities to enjoy the water if you're close to the Gulf. Foley area is nice. Admittedly I'm not a beach person, but as far as actual beach/water clarity, I prefer farther East in the Florida Panhandle. My guess is the huge amount of water that flows out of Mobile Bay keeps the water a bit dingier in Gulf Shores.

Pensacola near Palafox pier is a neat area if it's close by.
