head south to Lake Worth to Benny's on the beach, located on the Lake Worth pier. Nothing fancy, full bar, great food, sit outside over the beach.

Delray Beach, corner of Atlantic and AIA. Cafe Luna Rosa, Boston’s or the Sand Bar. Walk across the street to the beach.
Cafe Luna is nice Italian. Boston’s is a bar and grill downstairs and nicer sit down upstairs. Sand Bar is just that, a sandy beach type bar. There are plenty of restaurants along Atlantic just a short walk to the beach, too. ETA: There is public parking along A1A or in the small public lot on the north side of the Marriot on the NW corner. |

Also, if you do not mind a little drive, up in Tequesta there is Blue Pointe Bar and Grill. Sticks out into the Intracoastal. We go there for lunch quite a bit.

good compromise would be Utiki in jupiter, not too expensive but really nice.

Another vote for anywhere in Delray. I was impressed with the downtown area and the beach is close walk away
