A few of us are going to be in West Kingston for work for a few days. Never been there before.
Any good places to eat that we should visit while there? |

The Mews Tavern( Wakefield), Narragansett is close as well if you want really high end you can go to the coast guard house.
Bagels (Wakefield) and Crazy Burger ( Again Narragansett )for close by good breakfast. Sons of Liberty Distillery for booze. Elite Shooting Range for things that pew. |

Mews is good for pub food, worked there for close to 20 years before I left. They changed owners but from talking to people who are still there they kept everything the same.
Matunuck oyster bar, two ten oyster bar and chophouse are all good albeit pricier. Whalers is a good veterans owned brewery right in peace dale. Shaidzon brewery is good as well as tilted barn down the road. |

Best brewery in RI. |

OK, had dinner at the Mews Tavern. The place was packed, but it was good.
Headed back to Virginia tomorrow. Enjoyed my stay. PS: Y'all got a lot of rocks! Rocks and rock walls everywhere! Digging must be a bitch. |
