Long story short: Biden's goon, John Kerry, was "warning" banks in WV DO NOT invest or do business with "dirty" energy producers in state.

WTF? Both Biden and Kerry should crawl back under the slimy rock from where they come from. They are so low-down, if either was wearing a top hat, they could still slide under the belly of a snake and look UP at the crack in the sidewalks.

So now, tit-for-tat, Riley Moore, WV Treasurer says: "You banks boycott our fossil fuel producers, and we will put you on our sh** list--you won't get a penny of WV state business."

The government and banks started pulling that with FFL's years ago.  Since it (more or less) worked out for them they moved to bigger fish.

If the state government had stepped in when the FFL's were getting clobbered there would have been no attempt to go after the coal companies.
