I live in Boscobel (Grant co.) There is two gun ranges within driving distance... One in Boscobel the other in Prarie du Chien were a Cabela's is at.

New to the forum; Madison, WI. Looking for some decent ranges, seems like Stoughton might be a good option even if they only go to 100 yds. Does anyone know if you can shoot handloads on the outdoor range there?

HI all, I am from the Madison area. Note I said Madison area not Madison! I know a place in Monticello where we could get close to 300 yards if the gravel is piled in the right places. Let me know if anyone is interested. Have to wait for the snow to melt if there is any to make it "back there".

Hi all.
I'm a new forum member and new AR owner from Milwaukee.. Originally from NH though.. Been living here about 12 years.. I have been to McMillan a few times over the years and went to Shooter's in Racine just recently. I am currently persuing a membership at a couple of local (not) clubs in the area, including RCL and DBCL.. I also just heard of another one from this board in Suakville, so I might check that out at their next monthly meeting and see what its like. |

Hello all, I am new here but not new to the AR/M4 platform. I just got out of the Army after 10yrs active duty in the infantry. Did two tours/12 months each in Iraq and two tours/18months each in the 'Stan!
Glad to be out and VERY happy that I wont have to leave my wife and kids anymore! We just settled down in the Jackson area. |

Ah when i lived in Elkhorn i would drive to McMiller's ALL the time. I love that range. Now that i live in Delavan(which i still haven't found a decent range yet. Should probably give Delavan Sportsmans club a shot) , the extra 10 minutes just seems too long to justify all that often. |
