There's a deadline of June 1st to register for voting in the Primary. I'm already registered to vote in General. Is there a seperate form for this? I checked online but only found a regular voting regstration. Does this mean the form has to be picked up in person at the local BOE or must it be requested a while back? Never done this.

When you registered, what political party did you pick or did you not pick a party?

Republican. Been that way since 1995. I keep forgetting to get into it every year.

If you are a registered Republican, your name should be be on the voter rolls as such. You can just show up and vote on primary day.
