To preserve choice in education.

8am and I'm #390. Good turnout today so far.

ETA - line was out the door by the time I left.

Voted this morning at 8:25 a.m. Was # 40. First time I have had to wait in line to vote since i relocated here from IL. twenty five years ago.
There were at least a dozen people waiting in line when I left after voting. Pretty good turnout for a rural township with maybe a total of 200-300 registered voters.

Voted around 7:15.  Most people voting I have ever seen up here that early.  And in the rain.  At least 4 people were getting their addresses renewed, which I took as a sign they weren't regular voters.

Voted at 8am as usual.  Longest voting line I ever waited in... even than the recall and presidential elections.

I’m not sure what’s driving the numbers but based on my observations of the other voters I’m thinking it’s an anti trump surge...but then I’m in Dane county.

Usually there are some people with smiles, saying hello and a few light hearted jokes.  This morning most all looked seriously pissed off, including the poll workers.

Never count Walker out, he is very good at elections.

However, this year is the first time I had political operatives approach my house asking questions.  They weren't trying to convert me, but they certainly were not republicans.  They were obviously very organized, working specific sections of the City by address.

#408 at 10:30ish this morning.  I usually don't vote till after work, but I had today off.  There wasn't much of a line, but that's exactly why I went at 10:30...to avoid the line.

Hitting the polls this afternoon. Everyone here at work is voting conservative. Been talking with peeps & everyone I have talked to is doing the same.

We need 2016 turnout numbers. Weather is not the best today & is supposed to transition to snow about 1pm.

Wife and I were #466 & 467 in a town where there are only about 500 eligible voters. Fairly conservative community in my expierience.

224 & 225 here at 7 am when they opened.  Really only about 10-12 in front of us, but they did the absentees as part of the number count 1st.  Line was out into the parking lot when we left, people couldn't find parking spots, and I drove by about 7:15 pm and the lot was still full.

Immediately after polls closed, MSNBC called Baldwin the winner with 0% reporting. What kind of fuckery is this???

I didn't realize that the was no Republican running for US House or for state assembly in my district. Pocan is probably untouchable with Dane county, but no opposition for the state house? That just seems sad.

I voted about a month ago. I’m traveling for work, so I needed to mail it in ahead.

Results look generally favorable so far.

Well the results are confusing. Many folks must be voting split ticket in order to see such vast differences in outcomes for the senate vs governors races.

Literally tens of thousands of people voting for both democrats in one category and republicans in another and vise versa.
