Was talking to my 7yo this evening and he reminded me we found 2 separate Owl Beanie Babies duct taped and bungied to poles along NV375 (ET Hwy) in the span of a year. What are the chances 2 separate people did the exact same bizarre behavior and taped stuffed owls to poles by coincidence?
Is this something that happens elsewhere? Is it some kind of weird thing just for that one highway? OK let's say it's just random....but both instances had owls, and why not just toss them out of the car? Somebody took the time to get out of the vehicle, taped and bungie it to a pole. One was near Rachel, the other 6 months later near Hiko..... |

The tied owls are an indicator of a pre-planned activity. You are supposed to meet there on the 20th day of each month. It is like a new version of the casual encounters mixed with geocaching. Bring lube and no cameras.
